This training will focus on how to support high conflict families when working within evidence-based practices. Topics will include how to support families with co-parenting, as well as exploring and processing trauma narratives. Specific interventions to utilize with children and their families will be provided.

Savannah Slowik is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate. She is trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Attachment Regulation and Competency (ARC), MATCH-ADTC and Single Session Consultation (SSC). Ms. Slowik currently works at an outpatient family and child clinic and has extensive background in special education, inpatient and residential treatment.

Amanda LaFoe is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate. She is trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Attachment, Regulation and Competency (ARC), MATCH-ADTC (Modular Approach to Therapy for Children with Anxiety, Depression, Trauma or Conduct Problems) and Single Session Consultation (SSC). Ms. LaFoe currently works as an outpatient clinician with children and families, and has a background in outpatient and in-home treatment, as well as working with children in schools and special education settings.
